For Our Clients

We are 100% committed to our client's satisfaction. We do not promote misleading or exaggerated statements of our abilities nor do we misrepresent the range and quality of our service.

For The Environment

Whenever possible, Create Your Own Events uses materials and equipment which can be rented or reused after the event. We inform our suppliers that we prefer materials and supplies that have a low impact on the environment. If the materials cannot be reused then we make every effort to use products that can be recycled or that are constructed out of recycled material. By working with materials that can be reused, we are able to reduce construction costs, a savings that we pass on to our clients.

Leftover event décor materials, such as carpeting and fabric, are often donated to college or community theatres.

For The Community

Create Your Own Events supports local talent. Whenever possible we hire local entertainers, musicians and designers. We encourage artists and entertainers to submit their portfolios so that we remain aware of and can take advantage of the quality and diversity of talent within our community.

From 2000 to 2003, Create Your Own Events discounted their services in order to aid in the production of the annual Ethics In Action Awards. Each year Create Your Own Events contributes a percentage of its profits to local charities.

For Our Employees

During event production, Create Your Own Events follows strict safety guidelines. Our event staff is made up of knowledgeable and experienced individuals who are taught to carry out their responsibilities safely and efficiently. Although volunteering can be an important part of training for some companies, we do not accept volunteers for corporate events. People wanting event experience are always paid for their work.

In an industry that is known for long working days, Create Your Own Events provides regular paid breaks and complimentary lunch and dinner. This allows our staff to remain alert and energetic.

By doing our best to create healthy and environmentally friendly events, we are providing our clients and the community with the best event production possible. We feel that great events don't just provide entertainment for our clients; they are an opportunity to provide a caring and fun working environment for our employees.
