Especially Canadian Destination Management Incentive Event

Create Your Own Events created an elegant and "Especially Canadian" evening for the "Special Client" incentive of Hamburg Airport. Hamburg brought us an interesting challenge. Being the original home of the "hamburger", they wanted us to theme this gala incentive event around the hamburger but keep it elegant! Well...

Luxury coach lines were used to transport their guests to the foot of Grouse Mountain where they were greeted by an authentically dressed representative of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Once at the top of the mountain, they entered a room with a dramatic runway-styled buffet with model airplanes supplying a gourmet selection of hamburgers.

Guests were also invited to create their own unique hamburger out of fine chocolate and pureed fruit slices. Placed in special hamburger gift boxes, this made a lovely gift to take home.

The stunning views, local wildlife (what Canadian experience would be complete without seeing bears?), entertainment, storytelling and music all combined to create a magical evening.
