Harry Potter, Marketing Event
The world of Harry Potter was brought to life in celebration of Coke's involvement with Warner Brother's Harry Potter movie. A 16x32-foot backdrop helped transform Coke's warehouse facilities into Hogwarts Magical School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Twelve foot suits of armor, candelabras, a magical banquet, special music, and interesting lighting effects all culminated in providing a fantastical atmosphere for VIP presentations and video displays. The set was also carefully designed to travel easily as the event took place at both of Coke's Coquitlam and Richmond locations.
Hagrid, the groundskeeper at Hogwarts, brought his larger-than-life-size humor and sincerity to the event. Two witches from the school were also on hand to greet guests as they arrived, and to give out souvenirs.
